TIPS

Fill out all the fields in the registration form on this page, there are no wrong answers so be honest. The form should take less than 10 minutes to fill out, you'll need to upload three images. Please take your pictures in an uncluttered room with good lighting & in front of a plain wall where possible. If your pictures are poor it will affect the selection process. If under 18 years of age remember your parent consent form. You can download & upload the form from within the submission.

You'll also need to pay the entry fee of €80

If you have any Tattoos, Body Piercings, Major Scars or Large Birth Marks, or have undergone any Surgical Enhancement or Cosmetic Procedures, please write full details in the box below.

By submitting this Top Model Latvia Application Form I acknowledge and confirm the following: that I have read and understood the Application Terms & Conditions for Top Model Latvia and agree to be bound by them; that I am currently 18 years of age or over, or am under 18 years of age and have my Parent or Guardian's consent to apply; that, if selected as a Finalist of Top Model Latvia, I am required to attend the specific final show that I am selected for (date to be confirmed) and agree to attend any pre show Fittings and Rehearsals (date to be confirmed); that, I give permission for Top Model to contact me regarding matters relating to the process of my application and my subsequent progress as a finalist, if selected.
